Driver restraints and dummy kinematics
Dummy movement wasn't well controlled. The airbag deployed too late, and the dummy's head hit the steering wheel. Then the dummy's head continued to move forward, pushing the wheel against the instrument panel. During rebound, the dummy moved toward the driver door, and its head hit the B-pillar.
