OVERALL BUMPER EVALUATION: Poor

OVERALL WEIGHTED AVERAGE DAMAGE: $1,133

TEST DETAILS: During the front full-overlap test, the bumper system engaged the barrier, resulting in cover, reinforcement, and grille damage. Additionally, both fenders required alignment due to bumper cover support movement. During the rear full-overlap test, the bumper engaged the barrier. However, in addition to cover, absorber, and reinforcement damage, the rear body panel was dented at the bumper mounts and the left rear quarter was pulled down slightly. During the front corner test, there was no bumper/barrier lateral engagement, resulting in the headlamp being crushed by the barrier backstop. In turn, the headlamp was driven into the fender, crushing the inner structure and slightly denting the leading edge of the fender. During the rear corner test, there was no bumper/barrier lateral engagement, resulting in damage to the rear body panel, quarter panel, and taillamp, in addition to the cover being crushed.
