Have a minimum supervised driving time of: 40 hours, 10 of which must be at night
Have a minimum age of: 16
Restrictions during intermediate or restricted license stage:
Nighttime restrictions: 1 am-5 am
Passenger restrictions:
(family members excepted unless otherwise noted)
first 6 months—no more than 1 passenger younger than 25
Minimum age at which restrictions may be lifted:
Nighttime restrictions: 17, 1 month
Passenger restrictions: 16, 6 months

1New Hampshire does not issue learner's permits. At age 15, 6 months a person can drive while supervised by a licensed driver 25 or older.
