The Hyundai XG300 was introduced in the 2001 model year and renamed the XG350 for the 2002 model year because the engine size was increased. The XG350 was dropped after the 2005 model year, replaced by the Hyundai Azera.

Injury measures

Measures taken from the head, neck, chest, and left leg indicate low risk of injuries to these body regions in a crash of this severity. Forces on the right tibia and right foot indicate that injuries to the lower leg and foot would be possible. Head acceleration from the B-pillar hit was low.

Restraints and dummy kinematics

Dummy movement was well controlled. During rebound, the dummy's head hit the B-pillar.
